  3. Mindset coaching to build confidence and get rid of self-sabotage
  4. Education on how to craft your lifestyle to sustain your results for the long term
  5. Accountability and support via messaging on the EverFit App, a members-only Facebook group, and a weekly one-on-one accountability call.
