Hi! I’m a strength coach and personal trainer living near Portland, Oregon, and I’m also a competitive strength athlete. I took 4th at Strongman Corp. Masters Nationals in 2021, and competed in the Official Strongman Games World’s Strongest Woman in 2022.
I believe that every aspect of our lives can be improved through strength training. I work with all different types of athletes, ranging from competitive powerlifters to people who are simply looking to make a positive change in their fitness level.
I’ve been coaching athletes of all levels for over 20 years, and I love helping people realize what their bodies are capable of. My own passion for sports and love of lifting weights began at a young age, and since then I have developed a deep understanding of the human body and what it means to optimize our fitness levels.
My approach to personal training is holistic and personalized. I know that everyone has unique fitness goals, and I work closely with each of my clients to create a customized fitness plan that meets their individual needs and helps them achieve their desired results.
